Pastor 

Michael Goss grew up in Wellington, Ohio and completed his undergraduate training in ministry from North Central University (Minneapolis, MN).  He has served around the country with extensive ministry experience in youth, mission and outreach, and executive roles.

 

In 2004, God launched Michael into marketplace ministry and entrepreneurialism. He established a non-profit called The 2x4 Project that strategically connected serving teams to missions efforts internationally. Four years later, he launched out to establish businesses related to real estate investing.

 

Both of those emphases have remained important to Michael and his wife, Ginger, as they lead Momentum Strategy Consulting, LLC and International Grace Pastors Network. Momentum offers consulting services to businesses and nonprofits navigating change and leases office space to emerging small businesses. 

 

Michael and Ginger have led the International Grace Pastors Network since its inception in 2015. IGPN operates according to the five-fold ministry to connect pastors around the globe for relationship, training, and resourcing. IGPN started in South Asia and is expanding throughout that region and into other parts of the world. Their heart is to see the body of Christ fully equipped and released by God's Spirit into kingdom ministry in the church and marketplace.

 

In June of 2024, Michael and Ginger came on staff with Crossroads of Life Church.

 

Michael and Ginger live in Florence, MS with their two dogs, Marlee and Jack.
